Context

Traffic was fine. The pipeline was not.

Northwind had steady organic traffic and a homepage that explained the company instead of the product. The demo form sat three clicks deep, and the pricing page did not exist — every qualified visitor had to write an email to find out whether the product was in their budget.

Approach

Rebuild around the one action that matters.

We rewrote the page structure so every section either proves the product works or moves the visitor toward booking. Pricing went public. The demo form became a two-field qualifier at the top of the page and a full brief at the bottom, so both a curious visitor and a ready buyer have a path.

Build

Next.js, static where possible, measured everywhere.

Statically generated routes with MDX for the resource library, images through next/image in AVIF, and a GSAP layer limited to hero choreography and scroll reveals. The whole JS bundle on the homepage stays under 180KB gzipped.

Results

Same traffic, more pipeline.

Ninety days after launch, demo requests were up 142% on flat traffic, and median LCP dropped from 3.4s to 0.9s. Structured data added in the same release produced twelve tracked citations in AI answers over the first quarter.
